  • Content Teaching Points:During this session, participants will learn the parts of the Egypt: Then and Now 6th grade Social Studies curriculum.
  • Technology Teaching Points: During this session, participants will learn about the more in-depth technology connections available for the study of Egypt available in a suggested culminating project.

Session 2 – The Use of Rubrics

Participants will learn how to use tools to help scaffold students’ learning and tools to help students self (peer) assess. Finally, participants will learn what assessment tools can help teachers assess student understanding.

Session 4 – Using Inspiration for Research and Writing

Session 5 – Inserting Images in PowerPoint
